Hi everybody,

We are proud to show you the last beta of Beautiful Widgets. Please, pay attention to this message.

This beta program is used to help LevelUp Studio. You can encounter few bugs. This program is not mandatory, you can wait for the final release.

Update process
This apk is signed with the same key on Play Store. In few words, you can update the last apk from Play Store and put the future update from Play Store on this version.

At the end of February, you will see a message beta is ended. At this moment download the final version on Play Store. If it is not available, go back here to download the last version.

New features
On this version you will be able to test :

• New features :
  
  • 3 new widgets for tablets
  • A new forecast screen with Lifestyles information (for Accuweather)
  • Geolocation is removable
  • Welcome screen is removed for now, first access is "Tutorial" or "Widgets list"
  • Add a setting to disable the weather animations
• Improvements :
  
  • Weather requests are now compressed to be faster
  • A new weather 4x1 layout
  • Blue Temperature is more readable
  • The livewallpaper can have a specific location
  • New translations
  • New dates format
  • Better unlock animations
  • Better File Logger
  • Few performance improvements
• And a lot of fixes.
  

A new weather provider (Weather Underground) is available, and set by default, on this version.
We can not assure it will be available on the final release.

We need feedbacks
All your comments or bugs report for this version have to be posted here.

We need particular feedback about :
- all the features tested with the geolocation removed
- integration of WeatherUnderground
- the new widgets on tablets
- the livewallpaper with another location than the geolocation

If you have any crash or if any behavior is really disturbing for you, please do not keep it for you and post a message.

Confirmed. Updated, rebooted, stock Xperia ion 4.0.4 still gets 0 temp in notifications.

I sent the logs....I'm galaxy nexus running cm 10.1 on at&t...what do you mean options for Notifications

Sent logs....Last build seemed to be much better than stock as far as battery drain goes.  Any chance we can see a widget that will allow two times and weathers on same widget. I know you can do two widgets or scroll from one to another on the lock screen but I feel like there would be less battery drain if all the info was on one screen in one widget. I know I've seen it from another developer but it was very plain.

don't worry. Many widgets will not cost more battery usage. The real difference is the number of locations.

But many locations on the same widget is planned, but not for this update.

Notification on (shows fine in the shade)  weather icon will come up but not the temp.   Gnex 4.2.1 here

mine are:
Weather notifications - on
status bar icon - temperature
location - lithonia (georgia, 30058)

i still get a zero with weather underground and with accuweather its just blank
